Generally, I do not collect any information. There are no registration requirements for using this site. However, if you fill out certain forms, personal information is collected. This information is only used for the purposes the form was created for. In particular, if you use the guestbook, your comments and some other information will be publicly available.

Some articles written by me or third parties and posted on this site may contain personal information. If the party mentioned in the article objects to the content it will be corrected or removed at his/her discretion as soon as possible.

Suitability and Purpose

This is a personal, non-commercial site. The information provided here is as-is and without warranty. You make use of this information at your own risk. All information is reviewed before posting and is thought to be accurate. My best efforts are subject to failure.

Submissions

Authors (and wannabes) who would like to post an article or other content on this site are encouraged to do so. The article must be related to Amateur Radio. The first article should include a short biography with your Amateur Radio background. This information may be included on the site or held in my records.

I can accept submissions in any format but prefer HTML. Please follow the general format of articles already posted. Pictures can be included and will be shown within the document if positions are clearly identified.

All articles submitted remain your property. You allow me to post the article on this (or any related follow-on) site for a minimum of 365 days. After that, you may request I remove and no longer use your article.

I reserve the right to refuse any article submitted.

Ownership

I own and pay for this site and the resources it uses. This site is non-commercial. I do not solicit monetary contributions and receive no payment for content. Any vendor represented on this site is generally to discuss specific equipment or services I've used.

You are welcome to view any of the public content on this site. You can refer to or excerpt from any article written by me and in most cases by other authors. Individual authors may include a more restrictive statement within their article. If you refer to any content on this site, please give proper credit.
